【Third Brain】 2020年9月始動のumeoとdj k.e.i.による音楽プロジェクト。ダンスミュージックからノイズやアンビエント、映像や舞台の音楽まで制作する。 2つのブレインによって生成されたトラックは、3番目のブレインになる。そしてトライアングル形状の頂点に配置される。 Super Dommuneでの初ライブ(2021年3月２９日)は記憶に新しい。 2021年5月5日に初のEP(2曲入り)を自主レーベルから7inchレコード(下記Bandcampと各レコード店)とデジタル音源(下記Bandcampなど)を発売!!
The music project by umeo and dj k.e.i., which started in September 2020. We produce dance music , noise, ambient, video and stage music. The track generated by the two brains becomes the third brain. That is placed at the apex of the triangle shape. The first live (March 29,2021) at Super Dommune is still fresh in our memory. Our first EP(2 tracks) will be released 7inch record(Bandcamp below and each record store) and digital sound source(Bandcamp below and others) on May 5, 2021 from an independent label!! If these 2 tracks released this time are divided into genres, ”Ushan” is VOODOOHOP in South America, and ”Lite Tek” is Juke/Footworl in Chicago.
90`s東京地下、00年代USオルタナ勢やOOIOOともリンクしながら、バンド/ファッション視点も注入されつつK.E.I自身が影響されてきたもののブリコラージュ的2曲。エスノ/ワールドスローなUshan（sample1）と進行系ゲットー・ベースの東京地下ミュータントLite Tek(sample2)。ともに90`sなジャンク/ポップ感への愛も感じます。（Shhhhh）
