SKWEEE has mainly been a 7-inch affair, but lately albums have been coming out one after another. Artists from all sorts of backgrounds have gathered around it, turning it into a full-blown movement (almost entirely Nordic, mind you), and RIGAS DEN ANDRE is the skweee alias of HENRIK VON EULER, who has been operating out of the Swedish label Flora & Fauna. Built on cheap electronic tones, it's light on the funk and leans more toward new wave/electronica. The sleeve, with its beautifully vivid fluorescent green, is lovely too.
