This album is the first he recorded under the group name "OS TATUIS," together with his brother Claudio and other musicians drawn from the burgeoning jazz/bossa nova scene in Tatuí. An all-too-fine instrumental set, sprinkled throughout with a smoothness that hints at the very origins of that Azymuth sound. You can also enjoy it as easy listening backed by real playing chops — feels great. Quality all the way!
