Recorded on pedal harp as a dedication to SIMON H. FELL, the musician who first inspired RHODRI DAVIES to pursue improvisation. The most minimal of the four "Pedlar" works, it unveils a meditative approach that stretches out the duration of each sound using the bow. With passages of tremolo inserted to create dynamic developments that break through the deep drones, the piece conveys both his respect for SIMON H.
