Bells, organ, strings — a richly colorful session of synthesizer melodies. A cult early-'90s house record where sweetness and sentimentality live side by side, now compiled onto a 12-inch and reissued! Recommended. The first reissue for DR. RHYTHM, the short-lived house project of British library music composer MARK WOOLLARD.
Track List

The latest work from 〈COLD BLOW〉, the label behind reissues of early techno including DMX KREW! A compilation of two singles originally released on 〈DANCETERIA RECORDS〉, founded as a sublabel of 〈CHILL〉, which specialized in bleep and early bass music releases. This was the house alias of MARK WOOLLARD, who later moved into library music. Includes "Hit The Vibe" (sample1), with its charmingly layered synths, and "Fantasy" (sample2), built on FM synthesis. A hidden early house gem where delicate top lines meet house bounce to exquisite effect. The emotional melodic flows that surface out of nowhere have an indescribable charm — recommended.
