DJ NARCISO — member of "RS PRODUÇÕES," the DJ, MC and producer collective from Linda-a-Velha/Linhó on the outskirts of Lisbon — drops a solo album! From "Pipipi," built on bluesy tunings and intricate textures, to "Cabelinho (Featuring – Farucox*)" (sample2), where mellow keys and moody chords shift in eerie ways, he unfolds mutant kuduro twisted by crafty syncopation. Taking pride in "being free from constraints and conventions," he made this record with the aim of experimenting with music while turning it into something that feels good to the ear.
