UK GARAGE CLASSICS! Released in 2000. A selection of tracks produced and remixed by SUNSHIP’s Ceri Evans, who was transitioning from acid jazz to garage at the time. Ceri Evans’ synth work, the appeal of his mixes, the beats and bass, and the power of the vocals.
Track List
Celebrating its 25th anniversary, Sweet Female Attitude’s classic debut single 'Flowers' is now available on 12 inch vinyl for the first time since 2000. This iconic track from the noughties was a staple in both club and radio and its still played on the airwaves regularly today. A classic for the UK G generation. It even hit the top 40 in the UK singles charts, thanks to a garage mix by UK producer Sunship. This slab of nostalgia from the turn of the century is remastered, reissued and repackaged for RSD on 'sun-flower yellow vinyl' (see what we did there?), featuring the 4 most desired mixes from across the original versions.
Sweet Female Attitude was a female vocal group launched by a major label in 2000. “Flowers (Sunship Remix),” from their 2000 album *Indeep* and mixed by Sunship, was a hit that reached No. 2 on the UK National Charts. Additionally, the album features Sunship’s remixes of “Sunship vs Chunky,” “8 Days A Week,” and the single-only track “DJ Play It.” Underground color-style, female R&B. A masterpiece.
