Although he’s currently a solo artist, CV313 (Echospace)—a fluid dub techno project centered around ROD MODELL and STEPHEN HITCHELL—has released this hidden classic of dub techno as a companion piece to their debut album. Originally a 2CD set, it’s now been reissued on vinyl! The highlight is undoubtedly the inclusion of “Interpolation Tapes” (sample 1), released as RADIUS—the legendary project that embodied the dark side of CV313. This epic dub techno treasure, resonating with subharmonics, draws listeners into a realm of innovative electronic music that feels like an exploration of deep space. As for the other tracks, they’ve never been released as singles before and are all making their vinyl debut here.
