Smoky & Dub/Electro. LORD TUSK, whose EP with BRASSFOOT on APRON gained a following among a select group of enthusiasts. This one’s great too!
London electro in the wake of grime, slow-mo house, and LORD TUSK. This new release from LEVELS—run by JON RUST, who hosts NTS RADIO and works as a DJ—follows the cult hit “AJUKAJA.” (Release #002 is also by LORD TUSK, but it hasn’t arrived yet. Sorry about that.) Low-end electro with a thick, heavy sound. No MC this time. Be sure to check out the B-side’s intense bass groove as well. The ruddy, dope sound is incredibly cool.
