As you'll hear right away, A1 is a demo recording left on tape. Tight drums & bass. The charm of the guitar and vocals. A glimmer of soul shining deep beneath that lo-fi texture. The tight drums and bass are electrifying too. Hats off to PPU's taste in leading off with this version. A2's raw, hard-charging studio version is a knockout.
