A great record from JACKTONE, the US experimental electronics label that also features KIT KRAYTON and WORKER/PARASITE, who has released on 〈OPAL TAPES〉.
The first EP from DECHIRICO, the project of KEMIK aka KEMEK THE DOPE COMPUTER, who belongs to the San Francisco bass music/electronic music outfit MULTI MUSIC and currently lives in Oita, Japan. Out on JACKTONE. Post-rock and electronica sounds with live-feeling drums. The music sounded so good that I ordered it without knowing the backstory, but in the wake of the recent earthquake, all proceeds from his own BANDCAMP are apparently being donated to the international NGO AAR Japan.
