Following the release of the album “Key Change” and his electrifying Japan tour—which many voted as the best act and best album of 2015—MOCKY returns with his 2016 album. The lead track, “Keep Feelin’ This,” features longtime collaborator Jamie Riddle on lead vocals. It’s a dance track blending vocals, electronics, and loose drum and bass grooves, interspersed with dub mixes. The sound beautifully carries on the laid-back vibe and “wall of sound” aesthetic of his previous work. Featuring tracks like “Sweet Things,” which includes NIA ANDREWS and JOEY DOSIK—who accompany him on every visit to Japan—as well as a track featuring MIGUEL ATWOOD-FERGUSON, this album showcases the wonderful world of MOCKY.
