LP 3290 JPY

The world's first-ever vinyl reissue of a 1958 musique concrète work by Pierre Henry, one of France's foremost electronic composers and a founding father of musique concrète, featuring readings by actor Michael Vitold and Silvia Montfort — newly expanded with two bonus tracks from his earliest masterpieces!!! The modulated, tape-manipulated vocals on A2 "Vocaloses" (sample 2), likely the earliest such treatment of the human voice anywhere in the world, are a real delight. (Denshi Ongaku Tsushin, 2016.11.2)

The first vinyl reissue of a masterpiece from the dawn of tape music — intelligent, witty radio-drama poetry-like drone musique concrète and cosmic sounds pointing the way to the '60s and '70s, and a valuable historical document as well. Four tracks in all. Α1. L'Occident Est Bleu (16:48) A2. Vocalises (2:41) Β1. L'An Cinquante-Six (18:49) B2. Diffus (5:36) (Original Japanese text by COMPUMA)
