LUKE FOWLER, a filmmaker and musician who was a 2012 Turner Prize finalist, teams up with RICHARD YOUNGS — the Glasgow experimental musician/singer with a massive discography (and a personal favorite of mine) who even won the approval of JANDEK and performed alongside him — for a dance unit, of all things, on KICK + CLAP. A 6-track EP. Sort of a present-day Arthur Russell. That said, KICK + CLAP seem to have almost no intention of promoting it, so there's very little information out there.
