[Dead Stock] From the Belfast label Touch Sensitive — home to Cherrystones and David Holmes — comes this project from Cathal Cully of GIRLS NAMES, the post-punk/C86-inspired band.
A side project from Cathal Cully, the mainman of Belfast's Girls Names, who runs the label Touch Love (started with Neil Brogan of Sea Pinks) and has also released on the venerable US indie imprint Slumberland. DIY synthesizer sounds and psychedelic electronics that feel inspired by IDM, krautrock, industrial and new age. A great release on Touch Sensitive, a label with a strong roster including Cherrystones, David Holmes and Barry Lynn aka Boxcutter. Released in 2017.
