Recorded in 1981 by Yoshi Wada, who — alongside La Monte Young and company — studied under Pandit Pran Nath, the classical Indian vocalist who exerted an enormous influence on New York's contemporary and avant-garde music scenes in the '70s, and who pursued the psychoactive effects of sound through vocal drones and bagpipe drones. A performance using his own modified bagpipes and voice. EM's edition was the first full-length version taken from the original master tapes, but this LP from états-Unis, a sublabel of Superior Viaduct, recreates the original 1982 India Navigation release.
