Deep techno that layers mechanical percussion drums over a sturdy 4/4 beat, taking its time to induce a hypnotic state—it kicks off with KASPIANN’s solo track “Metsätutka” (sample 1), followed by the halftime-paced “Moraalivesi” (sample 2). It continues all the way to the collaborative tech-soul track “Sea of Cities” (sample 3), which features mysteriously layered synth pads over a breakbeat shattered at breakneck speed. Four tracks that overwhelm with their speed and programming. (Original Japanese text by Akie)
