Winton DC and DREAMCAST (now DREAMCASTMOE)—who took flight from the PPU area to the world—have released their album *The Lost Tape Vol. 3* via *Rhythm Section INTL*. It’s a fantastic album—lo-fi, quirky, and brimming with a love of music.

Following PPU’s 2018 release “The Lost Tape” and the digitally released “The Lost Tape Vol. 2,” this third installment comes from Rhythm Section INTL, led by Bradley Zero, who has been making waves in the scene for over a decade with a wide range of genres from underground dance music and beat music to jazz. dreamcastmoe has collaborated with a wide range of artists, including Max D (head of FUTURE TIMES), ShunGu, SASAC, and BENEDEK. Featuring Auto Lola, NAPPYNAPPA, Ania Hoo, Ruqqiyah, and Jelani Kwasi, the track exudes a raw, chaotic vibe influenced by hip-hop, house, hazy electronica, and “go-go”—a genre that developed uniquely in Washington, D.C. With a mixtape-style structure and even greater creative freedom than before, this release showcases the allure of freaky sounds. (Original Japanese text by Saito)
