A studio jam recorded in Kitakagaya, Osaka, between KRIKOR KOUCHIAN — the singular talent whose broad musical range spans experimental electronics, dub and dance music, and who has left classics on labels from 〈BOOMKAT EDITIONS〉 to 〈DISCO HALAL〉 and 〈L.I.E.S.〉 — and HIROSHI TAKAKURA, who pursues a cutting-edge take on dub while linking up with the London scene. "Kitakagaya Dub I" (sample1) is industrial steppers that crawls across the floor with immense attacking bass, piercing snares and metallic synth phrases.
