A virtually unreleased track by a legend—which had been shelved at the test-press stage after the distributor went out of business before the work could be released—has been unearthed. A track produced in 2002 by LEN LEWIS—who has been active since the late ’90s and made his mark as a pioneer of early tech house on labels like *SWAG* and *POODLE*—has been reissued! A hidden gem with a distinct dub flavor that sets it apart from his other works, featuring playful percussion. Vinyl-only!

UK tech-house veteran LEN LEWIS—who has recently been steadily reissuing tracks on the 〈PHYSICAL EDUCATION〉 label and actively releasing new material—is now reissuing a previously unreleased track that had been shelved at the test-press stage with no title! This includes the left-field tech track “Violation (2002 Remix)” (sample 1), featuring percussive drums playing over a low-end, dubby, crawling bassline, and “Benis Die (2002 Remix)” (sample 2), which layers a rich bassline over a loop of comical sound effects. As Lewis himself remarked, “It’s like listening to someone else’s music,” making this a truly unique release. Vinyl-only! (Original Japanese text by Akie)
