Another classic from the 1988 album *Stronger Than Pride* by the UK’s timeless diva SADE—recorded at Compass Point in the Bahamas and well-known from its inclusion on the Balearic classic *Paradise*— “I Never Thought I’d See the Day”—a track from Sade’s 1988 album *Stronger Than Pride*, recorded at Compass Point in the Bahamas and well-known for its inclusion on the Balearic Classic *Paradise*—has been overdubbed and edited by Joe Claussell, a veteran figure familiar to fans of Body & Soul! While preserving the wistful vocals and soul-stirring keyboards, the track has been masterfully refined into a sophisticated deep house track through the addition of supple yet powerful percussion and an expansive arrangement! Reportedly produced around 2001, this edit is named after Dance Tracks, the prestigious New York record store that Claussell ran at the time. Released as a limited-edition clear orange vinyl 12-inch.
