West Coast dub-house label WORSHIP RECORDINGS has launched the sub-label SHAKEDOWN / BEATDOWN. BEATDOWN seems to focus mainly on reworks of classic tracks. The A-side is a remake of Nina Simone’s “Feelin’ Good.” It’s not flashy, but the way her vocals gradually sink in as you listen is wonderful!
