An EP hooking up up-and-coming producers from their home base of Switzerland as well as Italy — each one unknown, but all delivering crisp, authentic house sounds! Our pick is the B-side: two tracks from DONATO CAPOZZI, who spent years working at a local Zurich record shop. "Summer's Gone" (sample1), whose smooth, sunny hand-played synths lead you into a feel-good groove, and "Back Shuffle" (sample3) both funk out in authentic fashion! Also worth noting is A2, an untitled track by fellow Swiss duo SOLID SOUL that gradually rises on warm synth riffs while jackin' vocal snippets of "House music is..." and "Close ya eyes" drop in — remastered through a tube amp by the label's Enterbt crew for a suitably cool deep house cut. Highly recommended!
