The second single from Second Storey (a.k.a. Alec Storey), also known for his releases under the name Al Tourettes on HOUNDSTOOTH—a label run by the prestigious UK club Fabric. While the next original track—which presents a fresh take on the experimental dance groove that emerged from the bass era—is superb, Christian Vogel’s “Re-Trans-Form,” with its imaginative soundscapes, is also outstanding (sample 2).
