A repress of the remix EP for "Ghostminers," the masterpiece by JARED WILSON, standard-bearer of Detroit hardware techno / next-generation acid underground. First up, an acid-madness remix (sample_1) from the late ANDREAS GEHM, aka the Netherlands' ELEC PT1., a man deeply trusted by hardware-driven artists!! A2 brings a remix by ARRON FIT, also active as a producer at FIT SOUND, featuring percussion from RAY 7 (also known as THE MECHANIC of UR) — this one's killer too! The B-side houses a remix credited to BRIAN THRASH (sample_3). I suspect this might be a JARED WILSON alias: beatless, minimal acid in which rings of arpeggiated synths layer over and over, tracing circular orbits as they mutate. Psychedelic polyphony.
