The sixth release from the underground series 〈LOBSTER UNDR〉, which kicked off with HIDDEN SPHERES and has since launched up-and-coming names from the 〈LOBSTER THEREMIN〉 orbit such as ANDREW RED HAND, ASOK, SHEDBUG and SLACKER! Once again the character and sound really stand out: "Crash," a labyrinthine electro cut with lush pads and charming, handmade-feeling melodies, and "Happening" (sample2), whose wobbling midsection wrangling howling noise is equally unique. The closer "XL" (sample3), with its exquisite blend of retro synths and lo-fi groove, is a winner too!
