〈METATONE〉 drew attention thanks to E.M.U., aka "ELECTRO MUSIC UNION," reissued by 〈AVA.〉, the label headed by DAMIANO VON ERCKERT — and now comes an album built entirely from tape archive material by ATONAL, the most enigmatic artist on the roster! Includes "Codeine" (sample2), a mid-tempo 4/4 track with looping warm melodies; "CP1919" (sample3), where reverb-drenched kicks resonate mysteriously; and the cosmic electro-break "No Escape" (sample1).
