USUGROW continues to unveil one-of-a-kind work: female skulls rendered in delicate stippling, illustrations of flowers and plants, and calligraphy built on a typeface entirely his own. In recent years he has been depicting folk dances from around the world in the "SPIRIT BEYOND BORDERS" series, themed on "the transmission of culture." Now, quite suddenly, a CD arrives collecting the culmination of nearly a decade of collaboration with J.A.K.AM. (JUZU a.k.a. MOOCHY), whom the artist himself credits as the inspiration behind that very theme.
