Tracks include “City hell cast in fire (Miracle),” which subjects country music to relentless loops, and “Treatment,” which unsettles the mind with detuned strings and falsetto vocals. Drawing from both the 1980s NYC no wave scene and the 1990s indie rock movement, the artist incorporates these influences through the lens of British avant-garde electronic music, channelling them into a dreamy pop sound.
