A collection from "NADAGEN," the phantom no-wave/minimal-punk band that had a short-lived run in the Netherlands in the early '80s, finally sees release! Marked by a sense of emptiness reflecting the age of nihilism, the influence of the late-'70s-into-'80s new wave movement, and the use of drum machines. Also includes unreleased tracks that were originally slated to come out!
Track List

An excavation and reissue job from FUTURA RESISTENZA, the mecca of DIY leftfield sound! Formed in Amsterdam in 1982, a year when the nihilism descended from JOY DIVISION was running high. Characterized by minimal, new wave sounds built on the historic analog rhythm machine DR-55, and lyrics expressing the emptiness that comes with youth. Their two 7" singles, released over a career spanning less than two years, are compiled here alongside unreleased tracks! From the dub-inspired "Wachten" to the cosmic funk of "Binnenstad," this is an alternative, utterly distinctive approach brimming with originality while carrying on the punk movement of the era.
