A hidden gem of Japanese electronic music. The 1983 cassette release *Club*—considered Yuro Ojima’s de facto debut album—is being reissued on vinyl by *WRWTFWW*. This is a crystal-clear vinyl version from a re-pressing. I’ve managed to secure a copy.
Track List

Rare 1980s recordings by composer Yoshio Ojima — who played a key role in the reappraisal of Japanese music and ambient music, and who collaborated with Visible Cloaks after they reached out to him — have been released on 〈WRWTFWW〉. Originally a 1983 cassette, this marks its first appearance on vinyl. It was the first release on the 〈Fukusei Gijutsu Kobo〉 label, which also put out Hiroshi Yoshimura's "Pier & Loft" (produced by Ojima), and is effectively his first album. Wonderful music from the dawn of computer music that hasn't faded a bit. (Original Japanese text by Saito)
