The A-side takes on The Temptations' "Papa Was A Rolling Stone." It's a re-edit and house rework by veteran Leeds DJ/producer IAN OSSIA, a mix that builds up the original's psychedelic feel with floor-ready groove and mixing: "Papa Stoned." The B-side is a Ché Wilson and Matica re-edit of "Dreaming A Dream" by Crown Heights Affair (sample1), a 70s disco masterpiece beloved by Larry Levan, David Mancuso and countless other DJs. It's noted here as being based on Ian Dewhirst's ID EDIT version, carrying over the brilliance of an original that can flip a party's vibration into pure positivity in an instant, while elevating it into a floor-friendly house groove.
