A1 is Dan Aikido from New Zealand — a midtempo fusion cut of synthesizer and piano that calls to mind Pat Metheny and the like. Truly excellent, a real slow burner. Then there's a downtempo R&B vocal number by Melbourne's Ernie Ruso. B1, DJ Nomad - African Boy, is African house with ties to South African kwaito and bubblegum. Jona J (sample2) is a fine dubby track that sounds like a blend of '90s US house and UK breakbeat. (Original Japanese text by Saito)
