(CD only) Dos Orientales, the duo of keyboardist Hugo Fattoruso — a legend of South American music on par with Hermeto — and Japanese percussionist Tomohiro Yahiro. Once again, an absolutely gorgeous ensemble of piano and rhythm.

He stands alongside Hermeto and Airto, yet due to the way his work has been distributed and presented he never quite rode the wave of the record industry — and so we have the curious situation of a Japan-only CD release. None of that has any bearing on how vital he remains, and he has delivered wonderful music to us once again. Sublime piano music. Simply superb.
This fourth CD distills everything we've built up together as Dos Orientales with Tomohiro since forming in 2007. The two tracks featuring Albana are also very beautiful. Gerardo Alonso, who handled editing and mixing in Uruguay, contributed enormously to the sound of this album. (Hugo Fattoruso)
