"This album is structured as a loose collection of short stories, following the logic of 'taba' (a Japanese word meaning a bundle of disparate things, a collection, or a grouping)." This new work was inspired by the collaboration with sound artist duenn on the album *Kyokai*. While observing and absorbing the sounds and scenes surrounding her home studio, she creates poetic and experimental folk music that shines with an organic patchwork of sounds grounded in acoustic guitar and vocals. Drifting through the interstices between electronic and acoustic sounds, words and tones, this highly recommended work touches the soul with a sense that boundaries—between self and others, inside and outside, humans and birds or insects, the material and the spiritual—are nonexistent, existing instead as a continuous spectrum.
