Area 3 is the alias of Edmonton, Canada-based producer Dylan Khotin-Foote, who is pursuing a more contemplative and introspective sound in a different context than the Khotin name. View," released digitally and on cassette on September 5, 2025 on Khotin Industries, is the third album under this name and consists of six songs.

The entire album is a blend of softly swaying synth layers, humid field recordings, and subdued yet uniquely colored electronic sounds, creating an ambient/new age-oriented soundscape that quietly shifts without overpowering melodies or beats. The composition is characterized by a visual, tranquil, and abstract atomosphere, distancing itself from the dance music approach of Khotin's name, and while each song gently switches scenes like a short film, the work as a whole creates a flow that depicts a single mental landscape.

The mastering of the music is done by a master musician.

Mastered by Nik Kozub, this cassette album has been sold at record stores in Japan as well as indie stores overseas, and has earned a solid reputation. The Japanese CD edition of the album includes the original six tracks plus an additional bonus track, and is a new edition with an archival quality and ease of extended listening that could not be achieved with the cassette.
