Even while the label was on hiatus, the charismatic duo MR. TOPHAT & ART ALFIE kept putting out work on the likes of PUBLIC POSSESSION, plus solo releases on STUDIO BARNHUS and TOY TONICS. Following last year's hugely popular label comeback release, they're already back with something new! "Interstellar" (sample1) opens pleasantly with mellow electric piano and Latin percussive drums, then gradually drifts into a bewitching mood with scattered opera samples and SFX. "Talkin Talkin" (sample2) builds an 18-minute long-form house journey, flying low and minimal while introducing vocal samples and acid.
