Produced by Nigerian boogie master Odion Iruoje, the album begins with A1 "Yoga" (sample 1), a laid-back, highlife reggae-tinged Afrofunk disco with an oriental flavor that focuses on the benefits of yoga. A2 "Adura" (sample 2), with its funky synthesizers and minyo-minyo, and A3 "Akoba Adaba" (sample 3), with its fluffy, Apala-flavored percussion ensemble at the beginning that evolves into a ZURU jive, are also cute and lovely. A4 "Animal Doctor" (sample 3), a psychedelic masterpiece for Afrodisco maniacs, B1 "Dancing Mood", a funky Afrodisco sparkler, B2 "Ose", a highlife disco, and P-FUN with horns, guitar, percussion and synths. The P-FUNK-esque interplay of horns, guitars, percussion, and synths on B3 "Homo-Sapiens III" is also great in its own right!
