A bottom-heavy groove that recalls the height of the nu-disco era, topped with synthscapes that erupt into pure euphoria toward the end. The way the xylophone is slipped in is masterful too.

LAUER lands on 〈MELODIZE〉, the label headed by melodic house maverick BEARTRAX with a spot-on roster including ZOBOL and ROTCIV! "Choirs" (sample1) is an anthemic nu-disco bomb where synth strings gradually build to a frenzy over the reins of a finely rippling electronic bassline. There's also "Rabbits" (sample2), a synthesizer journey sparked by retro electro, and "K1M" (sample3), carrying a sentimental, mellow melody that unfolds bit by bit — every cut a headliner-grade rush of euphoria, best heard in the small hours.
