Inspired by the golden age of European library music, this highly anticipated collaborative album by composer Frank Maston and virtuoso Greg Foat captures the elegant essence of the genre through vintage keyboards, analog synthesizers, drum machines, and rich, mellow sounds. This is the landmark first release from Magic Hollow, a new label founded by Daniel O’Sullivan.

This work draws inspiration from the golden age of European library music, and featuring 12 tracks that evoke dramatic imagery—an elegant, mellow, refined, and graceful blend of Balearic, New Age, ambient, jazz, and soulful sounds—as if enveloping the listener in the bliss of celestial nirvana.
Produced in the spirit of the masterpieces of the European library music tradition, this album embodies the discipline and elegance of those recordings while connecting to and expanding upon the contemporary music scene through a modern approach. In February 2025, at Ritmo Studio in Reizan, high in the Swiss Alps. The rich, fluid bass tones of Swiss master bassist Elie Gershinu underpin the entire work and play a magnificent role.
