A fluid and open sonic adventure revolving around the compositions of multi-instrumentalist Anders Lauge Meldgaard, a founding member of År & Dag, and the performance of the New Ondomo (a new Japanese ondo based on the ondo martono, an electronic instrument created in France in 1928). A fluid and open adventure of sound that revolves around the performance of the Ondo Martono. The playful sound of the clarinet ensemble and electronic sounds softly and constantly changing and improvising with each other. Meldgaard was inspired by a visit to the gardens of Villa d'Este in Terivoli, Italy, where the great composers Franz Liszt and Maurice Ravel inspired the piece of the same name that gives this work its title. The work is an acoustic homage to water and an acoustic attempt to look at the relationship between humans and nature. (Original Japanese text by Adachi)
