With ties to Unsound—an international festival and art platform that was also held in Osaka last year—this label, based in Gdańsk in northern Poland, stocks a full lineup of releases from the local independent label *Coastline Northern Cuts*, which spans jazz, electronic music, ambient, hip-hop, and experimental music—has established a connection with Unsound, an international festival and art platform that was also held in Osaka last year. We’ve stocked up on a whole range of titles from this locally-based independent label!

A miniature, ambient synth album by Polish synthesist Maciek Polak, who has remained captivated by Korg’s PS-3100/PS-3300 analog synthesizers—which debuted in the 1970s—to the point where they’ve become like life partners, fully showcasing his passion for analog synths. With the large-bodied PS-3300—of which only about 50 units were ever produced—and its successor, the PS-3100, as his partners, he relentlessly explores the sounds he seeks. This collection of 23 short tracks, each bearing a Japanese title, features a succession of pure, soft, and lovely synth music. Highly recommended!
