The latest release from the Berlin-based label and party collective “Tax Free”—run by the eccentric Max Graef and Funkycan—features Economy of Meaning, an underground experimental artist from the TRjj scene based in Copenhagen. A labyrinthine ambient chill-out trip woven from freely drifting tracks and dreamlike fragments of sound.

This is the second full-length album from “Economy of Meaning,” the solo project of the still-mysterious Kristoffer Kjærskov, who has also released cassette works on the label *Sensorisk Verden*, which features Iku Sakan. An ambient electronic daydream that quietly unwinds your consciousness and draws you deep into the depths of sound. Drones, subtle electronic tones, and field recordings float faintly and shift, creating an immersive soundscape that acts on the mind, where a sense of comfort and the mysterious coexist continuously. Features a silkscreen-printed jacket, recycled vinyl, and meticulously crafted labels—each one unique. (Original Japanese text by Adachi)
