He delivers a bold edit of a hit by Malian singer SALIF KEITA, also known as “The Golden Voice of Africa.” The A-side features a modern Afro-house arrangement of “Tekere”—the opening track from his 1995 album *Folon*—which fuses African tradition with contemporary world music and is soulfully sung in the Bambara language, giving the track a deep, grounded groove.
