Producer Douglas from the Amsterdam-based label recursie, about which very little detailed information is available. It appears to be a vinyl-only release. Analog electronics, obscure minimal deep house. The way it breaks out of a long stretch of deep ambient is also great—definitely worth keeping an eye on.
