At 〈FUTURE TIMES〉, he also participated in the dream project “Music People,” and has released standout tracks on POWDER’s 〈THINNER GROOVE〉 and 〈MOODHUT〉 〈PACIFIC RHYTHM〉, and 〈COUNTER 99〉—HASHMAN DEEJAY’s highly anticipated new project! Paying tribute to the old-school raves of the hardcore heyday in ’92–’93, he delivers intense breaks. Tracks include “Newroomfreak [WIDE],” where heavy, driving breaks intertwine with mysterious synths, and “New Room Bass,” a dubby downbeat built from looped waveforms. The faithful recreation of that cheap, early-computer/oscillator sound really hits the spot. For early rave enthusiasts. (Original Japanese text by Akie)
