Track List

"Fade Out" is considered the cornerstone of "Japanese techno kayō," a genre currently experiencing a revival and being reevaluated by European record collectors. This long-awaited 12-inch record, released by U/M/A/A in the fall of 2026, features the original version remastered in 2026, along with rare remixes by an all-star lineup of artists including Haruo Chikada, OMB, Soichi Terada, and Hiroshi Fujiwara. It will also be distributed in Europe by Rush Hour, a prestigious label in the club music scene.
The cover art was designed by Misa Kono, one of Japan’s leading visual directors, known for her distinctive work in advertising and art direction.
Be sure to get your hands on this limited-edition, rare vinyl record, which commemorates the invaluable contributions of Kyoko Koizumi—known as Kyon2—to the Japanese underground scene as a cultural icon who continues to evolve to this day.
