Sandstorm-like noise, unstable bass, mechanical electronic tones, and polyrhythmic percussion intertwine, constantly shifting form to construct a desolate soundscape that shifts between hard-hitting four-on-the-floor beats, industrial noise, and primal synth sequences. The title is derived from an essay by the CCRU (Cybernetic Culture Research Unit), an experimental cultural research group of which Kode9—founder of Hyperdub—is said to have been a member.
