The legendary track that closed out JANE FITZ’s iconic set—which has now been streamed over 110,000 times—is back! Originally released in 2001 on the MARC ET CLAUDE label, the cult classic “Electric Nite” (sample 1) had gradually become increasingly rare and hard to find. Spanning roughly 11 minutes, this deep trance journey creates a sense of openness, with a powerful 4/4 beat cutting through beautiful, ethereal synths that exude a sense of mystery. While Side A tends to get the most attention, the B-side “Atmospheric” (sample 2) is also fantastic—featuring a deeply pulsating bassline—and remains a classic that continues to be played in many underground DJ sets.
