Recorded at “Soto” in Kyoto—a venue operated by Kukan Gendai itself, which will celebrate its 10th anniversary this September. Fumiaki Nishikawa handled the mixing, and Taku Unami handled the mastering. The cover features an original calligraphy piece by poet Gozo Yoshimasu, with whom Kukan Gendai has a long-standing collaborative relationship, and the design was created by Toru Kase. To coincide with the release, the band will hold a release tour visiting Yamaguchi, Kyoto, and Tokyo. Additionally, with a performance in South Korea also scheduled, they will tour both domestically and internationally with this album. The 7-inch EP will be available for pre-sale at release tour venues and at merchandise booths during both bands’ live shows. General release is set for August 26.
